News: Hurricane Laura Update #3

Sep 1, 2020

As we continue to focus on safety throughout our sites and communities, we have completed all initial inspections of our Texas manufacturing sites. The facilities appear to have sustained only minor damage and are finishing up all known repairs. Our critical path remains the restoration of power feeding our manufacturing sites.

Lion's most recent update from the region's electricity supplier outlined the magnitude of this event, including significant damage to their infrastructure and extensive transmission limitations. They further updated their estimated timeline for power restoration to Lion's Port Neches and Orange, Texas facilites.

We now anticipate the restart of our Port Neches facility roughly two weeks after Hurricane Laura's impact to that site, and the restart of our Orange facility within three weeks of Hurricane Laura's impact to that site. These are the best timelines we have at this moment based off the current feedback on power availability. With respect to scheduled shipments, all our warehouses are back in operation, but do expect some travel delays due to the regional status post Laura.

We would like to reiterate that your patience and consideration is very appreciated during this time.
