News: Lion Elastomers and Omya Inc. Announce Expanded Distribution to now include SBR

Lion Elastomers (“Lion Elastomers”)  announced a new distribution agreement with the following subsidiaries of Omya, Inc. (“Omya”):  Durr Marketing Associates, Azalea Color Company, and Lipscomb Chemical Company (“Omya Subsidiaries”), effective as of September 1, 2015.  In addition to Lion Elastomers’ EPDM products, Omya Subsidiaries will also distribute Lion Elastomers’ SBR products in the United States, Canada and Europe.   

Lion Elastomers is a leading manufacturer of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and EPDM rubber, serving customers globally with production plants in Port Neches, TX and Geismar, LA.

Omya is a worldwide distributor of specialty chemical products focused on Industrial applications including Automotive, Construction and Coatings and Life Science applications.  Omya’s distribution network extends from coast to coast across the United States.
