As the high raw material cost environment is expected to continue due to constrained monomer availability through Q2 of 2017, Lion Elastomers is announcing a price increase of US $ 0.20/lb. ($440/mt) on all grades of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR). This increase is effective April 1, 2017, or as signed contracts allow.
 
The raw material situation will be reviewed monthly relative to butadiene based on reported IHS contract pricing and appropriate adjustments made accordingly.
