Lion Elastomers continues to monitor the TPC incident closely, working with local officials and first responders to assure the safety of personnel and property.  As this incident is increasingly contained, Lion has shifted defensive and support actions to site restart activities.
 
Lion sustained no known process or product damage in Port Neches and is restarting the finishing portion of their facility, processing existing intermediate latex into rubber product.  This is on a very limited basis until the site can restart its polymerization area.  We continue to work through logistical complications developed by the TPC fire on a priority basis, resolving more daily.
 
The Lion Elastomers Geismar, LA, and Orange, TX facilities had no immediate impact by this incident and continue normal operation.
